Everything you need before your first Kwetu eSIM.

You can pay with M-Pesa, Airtel Money, or a debit/credit card. Payments top up your Kwetu wallet, which you can also use directly at checkout for a faster purchase next time.

If your eSIM hasn't been installed or activated, you can cancel it yourself in the app or website (My eSIMs > Revoke) for an instant refund to your Kwetu wallet, or contact our support team for the full amount back to your original payment method: M-Pesa refunds go straight to your phone, card payments are reversed to your card. There's no deadline, as long as the eSIM hasn't been used.

You can browse and pay in your preferred currency. Kwetu supports USD, KES, EUR, GBP, and many other currencies. Set your preferred currency in your account settings. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees.
